Not super happy with this place, clean enough but I was put off by the air freshener/cleaning products. They smell like the rubber air fresheners used in the urinals in public restrooms. They don’t have an ice machine, you have to buy a bag of Sea Isle from the parking lot. Also, they clean the pool area by hosing all the sand on the deck into the pool! What the heck. However it is a great location.

Excellent stay. Very affordable and right next to the beach. Staff are friendly and nice. They allowed us an early check in. We will be back for sure.

This property is a great location. On the beach and away from the busy boardwalk. Clean Very clean lobby, rooms, deck and pool. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant had good food and friendly staff. Great location on the beach. Would Highly recommend this hotel.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the experience my boyfriend and I had at The Crusader. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service. The hotel itself was immaculate and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location of The Crusader and amenities provided were top-notch! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be returning for another vacation in the future. Thank you for providing such a great experience!

This was our pre-summer season get-a-way to kick off the summer! This is our 4th season at The Crusader in Wildwood Crest. We will be back for another 12 days in August. My wife and I have started to run out of superlatives. Everyone treats you like family from the Front Desk to Housekeeping to Management. Everyone is accommodating and any request is taken care of quickly and with a smile! We truly feel that can relax and not have to worry about the small stuff. After our first season we spread the word to extended family and friends about the virtues of the Crusader. This year we have 12 rooms in at the same time. That in and of itself is the best recommendation one could give. To Jon Hawes and his staff it is “Job Well Done.” George and Gerry R.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. The last time I stayed here was when I was little and it never disappoints! The kitchen was equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable The beds were very nice and we got good sleep. The highlight was the private balcony. The kids enjoyed the pool and the sun deck. The property was beautiful. Thanks again and we will see you next year for sure!

Our room was spotless and the staff was beyond friendly. We were greated warmly by everyone we encountered. Our room was perfect. We already booked again for next year!
