Another wonderful stay at Wilderness Manor with Gerald and JD. We have been coming for many years on our annual road trip in South Africa. Our room has the glorious view of the lagoon and the sea in the far distance. Everything is perfect in every way….Gerald and JD can’t do enough for you and we love their attention to detail and their caring personalities. Breakfasts are fabulous….freshly cooked with the best scrambled eggs in SA, we think. We look forward to our return visit next year.

The stay was wonderful. The room was perfect for two people and super clean. Very spacious bathroom. JD and Gerald are super welcoming and the best host you can imagine. Great breakfast. They know the area very well and can give great recommendations. Highly recommended to stay in Wilderness Manor.

We loved every minute of our stay here. Gerald and JD are just 2 of the nicest people and catered for your every need. Their attention to detail was unbelievable and you instantly felt welcome. The house was stunning, the surroundings just beautifully peaceful and we didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was just fabulous and the service amazing. I can’t believe anybody would leave here and not remember their stay for ever. Thanks for everything guys and don’t forget to watch the Marigold Hotel 😂😂 with lots of love and best wishes Wendy and Phil

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful location. The house and room were very spacious with lovely furnitures and decoration. Gerald and JD were perfect hosts and their attention to details made our stay flawless and felt very special. The one of the best places we have stayed and definitely the best service.

JD and Gerald were the most wonderful hosts you could imagine. With mind blowing attention to detail and so much care they make sure that you have the best experience in Wilderness. The House ist beautiful and located nicely on the river. Breakfast is home cooked and delicious. We highly recommend staying here!

The best bed and breakfast experience we have ever had. From the enormous appartment type room, the amazing hosts, the friendly welcome and the great breakfast. Everthing was perfect, every facility and attention to detail had been thought of and perfected. A truly wonderful experience for any guest.

Gerald and JD are fabulous hosts and their attention to detail is amazing. I thoroughly recommend staying with them - their establishment will not disappoint and its location in Wilderness could not be better. On a quiet road within walking distance of the local shops and restaurants.

We had the most amazing suite facing the lagoon. The views were incredible and the room was spotless with a beautiful huge ensuite. Gerald and JD were such lovely hosts - they couldn't do enough for us and were so helpful abd knowledgeable. Wilderness Manor is a special place and I would highly recommend it.
