Lots of natural lighting, fenced in back yard, privacy fence, on a quiet, dead end street, walking distance to several cafe’s, churches, and a 2 min drive from golf course. Fully furnished, laundry facilities , on street parking. Back patio has a table, chairs, umbrella and a gas grill. A 15 min drive to Reds and Bengals stadiums, Hard Rock Casino, Riverdowns, Turfway Park, Riverbend Music Center, Belterra, Newport on the Levee, Mainstrasse Village. The Ark Encounter is about a 40 min drive, and the Creation Museum is a 25 min drive. Kings Island takes 45 minutes.
