My recent stay at City Hotel Wiesbaden was a complete disaster. Here's why: Filthy: The place was dirty and neglected, from stained carpets to grimy walls. Staff Inaccessible: Trying to reach any staff members for help was nearly impossible. Couldn't Stay: The moment I entered my room, I had to leave due to the unbearable smell and unkempt conditions. Sleep Impossible: Given the conditions, sleeping there was out of the question. Overall, my non-refundable stay at City Hotel Wiesbaden is not worth your time or money. Avoid it if you value comfort and cleanliness.

I've read some of the previous reviews and they made me think. This hotel isn't pretending to be the Ritz. It is a classic German 3 star hotel and way up on the scale. The room was clean, beds extremely comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond. As for the location, yes it may seem intimidating, but welcome to a 21st century European city. There is nothing intimidating, just people having a good time. There are a trillion restaurants within walking distance catering for every taste. Would I stay there again? Definitely.

Zentrale Lage in belebtem Viertel. Innenstadt zu Fußerreichbar . Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Team . Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frisch bereiteten Speisen. Großzügiges Zimmer , nachts ruhig . Sonderwünsche werden gerne berücksichtigt.

Wer über die Webseite des Hotels bucht, kann alle möglichen Zimmervarianten buchen. Laut Rückmeldung muss diese Reservierung dann jedoch erst durch eine(n) Mitarbeiter:in bestätigt werden. Als ich nach 3 Tagen nachgefragt habe, wie denn der Stand der Bestätigung ist, wurde lapidar mit - "leider ausgebucht" geantwortet. Keine Entschuldigung für die fehlende Antwort. Und während bei *********** und anderen Buchungsportalen das Hotel für den gewünschten Zeitraum bereits auf "nicht buchbar" gesetzt ist - kann man auf der Hotel-Website weiterhin fröhlich Reservierungsanfragen für alle Zimmerkategorien absetzen. Ganz merkwürdiger Service.

Zoals ieder hotel krijgen mensen die alleen boeken (voor mijn werk) vaak de slechtste kamer. Ook in dit hotel waar je een zolderkamertje krijgt (30+graden door de zon) met naast het raam de uitlaat van een groot restaurant (stank) en de centrale verwarming (CO2). Je raam kan je dus niet open doen of alles stinkt naar eten. En ook als de keuken niet in bedrijf is (de volgend morgen) stinkt het hele dak inmiddels naar eten. Daarnaast is de buurt onveilig (de straat was afgezet voor groot politieonderzoek) en uit eerdere reviews bleek dat er 2 mensen waren doodgeschoten. De restaurants in de straat en wijk zijn allemaal Kabab zaken (ga de stad in voor leuke zaken), De opebrare parkeergarage neemt alleen contant geld aan (toevallig?). Personeel (mn de vrouwelijke leden) zijn aardig en ontbijt is redelijk. Wil je naar Wiesbaden? ＞ kies een ander hotel en niet in deze wijk.
