We booked the beautiful new hotel as part of the Wiesbaden Marathon! The price was great, the hotel was beautiful, big and clean. Premier Inn hotels are generally good city hotels with modern facilities. I have stayed in more than 6 Premier Inns in Germany. What I do have to criticise, however, is that the staff are often not friendly. That was the case yesterday too! We arrived at 2:20 p.m. and wanted to check in. We were told that check-in was from 3:00 p.m.! If we had been there at 1:00 p.m. or earlier, I would have understood, or if the hotel was so full that the rooms were not ready. I didn't understand it like that! Especially since the gentleman, who didn't speak German very well, simply addressed the guests informally. That's not right! After 15 minutes we were able to check in. That was done by a nice gentleman who spoke good German. I just don't understand how such unfriendly staff can sit at reception! The first impression counts!! Conclusion as is often the case with Premier Inns: good hotel, often available at a good price! Staff could be friendlier though!

das Premier Inn ist ein sehr sauberes und komfortables Hotel. Ich hatte es u.a. wegen der zentralen Lage in Bahnhofsnähe gewählt und war sehr zufrieden. Check in und Check out verliefen unkompliziert und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Da das Hotel noch recht neu ist, sind alle Einrichtungen noch im Top Zustand. Empfehlenswert!

Hotel bom, quarto confortável , cama boa e travesseiros bons. Banho quente. Toalhas boas. Papel higiênico poderia ser de melhor qualidade. Ar condicionado bom. Ponto negativo - não limparam a lixeira do quarto e do banheiro durante a estadia de duas noites. Não precisa trocar as toalhas, mas necessário entrar e trocar lixeiras.

Das Hotel war insgesamt sauber, was mir sofort positiv aufgefallen ist. Das ist immer ein wichtiger Aspekt für mich. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, es gab eine gute Auswahl an Speisen, und es hat meinen Bedürfnissen entsprochen. Allerdings fand ich das Bett etwas zu hart, und die Kissen waren zu hoch. Dies führte dazu, dass ich morgens mit Verspannungen aufgewacht bin, was mein Schlafvergnügen etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Insgesamt hatte ich jedoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel und schätze die Sauberkeit und das freundliche Personal. Es wäre großartig, wenn man in Zukunft die Schlafqualität durch bequemere Betten und Kissen verbessern könnten.

as Hotel scheint neu zu sein (im Fahrstuhl ist 2021 vermerkt). Es liegt unweit vom Bahnhof an dem belebten Stresemann Ring. - Freundlicher und professioneller Empfang. - Das Zimmer relativ klein, aber praktisch ausgestattet. Alles noch sehr neu und entsprechend gepflegt. Gute Betten. Kleines aber funktionelles Bad. Sehr gute Dusche. Nicht gefallen · Bettdecke für den Sommer zu warm. Kein Haken für das Händehandtuch. Aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten.
