The hotel is located in a small village, unfortunately there is not much to do in the area. The very beautiful Burg Eltz castle. We chose this hotel because we went to this castle. The hotel is small but nice. Beds are comfortable. Staff are very friendly and speak good English. We also had a bite to eat and a drink here. Unfortunately, the restaurant was only open until 8:30 PM, so after that you either have to go to another village or go to bed. All in all we had a nice stay for our purpose!

We stayed at the country house on the way to Spain so that we could see Eltz Castle in the morning. We received a nice welcome and a friendly, rustic room with plenty of space. The country house is on the outskirts of town, had plenty of parking spaces and a restaurant with an outdoor area that also serves breakfast. The bathroom is quite small and cramped due to the age of the building and has no windows. The hotel has a few parking spaces in front of the building, but there are often not enough.
