"The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the room is very clean. The hotel could provide more bathroom eminities. There is also a big problem to use the TV since most of the user guide are in German.
The biggest drawback was the check-in counter service. The queue was very long and there were only 2 counter available that also serve as a switchboard operator. The check-in time took unbelievably between 20-30 minutes per guest."

"Excellent location near airport, about 10 mins walking, yet quiet and undisturbed. Easy transport to central Wien. Staff nice and friendly, explaining things clearly in detail. Bar food a bit expensive. Good beer"

"The front desk service was very warm, very patient, and English was good. The hotel is clean and hygienic, although it is close to the airport, it is very quiet and can't hear any take-off and landing sound. The room is very small and the bed is very small. It feels that it is possible to fall under the bed when you turn over."

"Pleasant hotel with fair spread of buffet breakfast. We reached an hour early and staff was able to have room prepared. Check in was a breeze. Only setback is room is not airconditioned and fan wasnt provided unless reqeuested. One way Shuttle service to airport costs 5 euro."

"I believe this is the best hotel on main highway, free parking and connected gas station with good food options. Very suitable for people travelling by car from neighboring countries. Just 15 mintz from Vienna airport and still you can reach center of Vienna by Car in 15 mintz."
