They stick to the 3 PM check-in time, which caused a chaotic scene in the lobby with all guests waiting. It took 40 minutes to check in, which felt very inconvenient and inconsiderate! The hotel does have a simple sauna and spa, which was a nice bonus.

The hotel is great, with an excellent location just a few steps from the terminal. The breakfast was also very generous, with a wide variety of fruits, yogurts, and hams. Plus, breakfast service starts quite early.

The hotel room wasn't huge, but it was quite clean. It's not far from the airport, though the signs to and from aren't very clear, even though it's actually a short straight-line distance.

Just 1 min from Vienna Airport and a good place to stay with. Any one can stay here and go to city Center, move around and come back to hotel. Very convenient to go to Bratislava from this hotel as buses go directly to Bratislava from Vienna airport and it takes about 50 to 55 min. Good breakfast and starts from 5:30 am.

The worst hotel that I have ever stayed:
1. Walls and curtain is full of dirt.
2. Not even a bottle of water served in the room
3. Chair has visible foot steps
4. Hair dryer is completely sticky
5. Shower head is yellow and has hair from last guest sticking on!!! SO DISGUSTING
6. The toilet is put at the very crowded corner. I am a very small girl and cannot find a comfortable position using the toilet, I cant imagine any one who has bigger body can stuff himself/herself in there.
7. Temperature adjustment works very badly
8. Room has no blackout curtains. After the sunrise, room got very bright.
The worst of the worst!!!
Although the location is good (a few minutes walking to terminal 3), I would rather get a ride to the airport next time.

The hotel is conveniently located right outside the airport terminal, just across the road. It's perfect for travelers with early morning flights. The room had a window that could be opened for ventilation. While there was some airplane noise at night, it was generally quiet.
