The hotel is very Irish and the surrounding scenery is very good. Opposite the hotel is a golf course, and there is a bar on the first floor. Watching the ball is very atmospheric, and there are locals who will play guitar and sing. The service and breakfast are very good, and the facilities are well maintained~

The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and nice.The room was small but very comfortable, all decorated in white, clean.For the first time in our Irish tour we found an adapter for the sockets! The bathroom is small but equipped with everything you need, shower set, towels and hairdryer. Good breakfast, a choice of hot dishes to order and a small buffet is available.

Tom and his Thai wife Sam are wonderful owners who made our stay at Birchdale House fantastic. Sam even cooked us a Thai dinner on our last evening there.
