Coffee machine was broke staff that was there didn’t know how to fix it. My tv worked fine the first have then kept switching over to YouTube guy at front desk said it was interference from someone in other room and I could change rooms. I was already halfway through my stay and didn’t want to hassle with switching. Lastly was told breakfast was until 9:30 went down at 9:10 and it was put away the lady said breakfast is only until 9:30 on weekends and their were other people that were told the same thing as me

This hotel was satisfactory. The roads around the hotel are extremely difficult to negotiate. Too bad for Visitors to Wichita. The city has done a dis-service to hoteliers to construct such poorly designed roadways.

The room wasn't very clean!! Clumps of hair on the edge, toilet had hair on it, dirty rag was on the floor. I don't think they clean the stairs ever. The staff isn't very friendly either!

Hotel was nice renovated hotel however I guess we got only room the plumber missed the since had a pipe that was not attached and everything leaked underneath then the shower wouldn’t work the knob was broken. Front desk was very nice and quickly gave us a new room. Other than my only critique would be air was completely off and it was stuffy and humid and with a wall unit the bathroom had led mirror that gave off a lot of heat so when you shower in there it’s like a sauna and you sweat straight out the shower better ventilation would be a great addition to restroom.

I have stayed at the the Hawthorn a few times and i really enjoy the staff they have always been so nice love how clean everything is
