Getting to the property was not clearly marked and the property itself shows a lot of wear.

This hotel was NASTY!!!! Our room smelled like cat pee. We really wanted to change hotels but we had already paid but we will never ever stay at this hotel again. We didn’t even sleep under the sheets cause it was so bad. I can’t express how bad and nasty it was!!!

Missing customer service. No one at front desk even during hours posted as open.

There were COCKROACHES climbing on the bedside table. We didn’t even spend the night!!

Peeled back the comforter and the sheets looked like they had been “extended” sheets, meaning they were never changed! Visible stains, body hair, chunks of debris (insert gagging).

Don’t do it. The floors had not been swept. The sofa was supposed to have a pull out couch and it did not. When we first walked in the window was sitting on the floor and my husband put it back in. The microwave hadn’t been wiped off in quite some time, the shower was disgusting, and the comforter had hairs all over it.

What a horrible experience. We have driven 12 hours already and we were tired, we were ready to get into our room to get some rest but room number 1 wasn't ready at 8 o'clock at night and the lights didn't work so they gave us another room and again that room wasn't ready. Finally we get settled into a room it does need updates but the bed was comfortable. Room 2 was infested with roaches so my son asked for a different room and the refrigerator was pulled away from the wall no cover on the ac unit beds weren't ready. Called ********* to complain but got no where,was trying to get a refund but that didn't work and then they said they can relocate us but we are in a city we don't know. Horrible experience. Your website for this hotel says it comes including continental breakfast there isnt even a coffee maker in our room. Thr front desk person said they don't have an ice machine either she said it's a very basic hotel.

Water never got hot. I felt the springs in the mattress.

was called the day of check in and informed that my two queen beds had turned into one king bed. so i am sleeping in the same bed with my 73 year old friend. that was the only room available. then when i checked in the price went from $326, that ******* said was the total,to $412.71. I told the clerk, no ******* said $326 was the total. Her reply was when you deal with a third party extra fees apply. And when we came to the room that night the place was crawling with misfits, pit bulls and the smell of pot. Not a good experience at all. But the worse part was the misrepresentation of your price and the price I ended up paying.Don't think I will be dealing with ******* in the future. Brad Holdaway 620 615-1640.
