Front desk staff at check in was no help, didn’t advise where to park on the parking deck, no signs were up for the elevators , had to ask, did not advise which breakfast was covered in my booking, the restaurant or the bread bar, didn’t even say what room number we were in, just read it on the key card. So not a great way to start an overpriced stay just because of Riverfest

From the time we arrived the entire staff was very friendly and informative as to where everything was. My kids really enjoyed it. The food from the restaurant was amazing.

Frustrating that we couldn’t check in at 2pm without being charged $50 for early check in. We were in room 608. It needs some maintenance attention. The closet door doesn’t have a stop on it and has obviously been pushed too far-there is a broken trip piece hanging by the closet door. The bathroom counter looks dirty. It isn’t, and it’s just chips and scratches in the top of the vanity, but it doesn’t look good. My biggest complaint was that the chair by the table had a sharp nail sticking out of the very top of the arm. When I walked by it, it totally ripped and ruined the pants I was wearing. It was very very sharp. I smashed the heck out of it with the remote so it wouldn’t hurt me again, but that really ******

Nice place . Stayed in past. Could use some updates and the fountains weren’t going with is one of reasons we stay there.

Conveniently located near the airport and downtown. Breakfast not included Recommended stay but not exceptional.

Our checkin was lovely, we were guided to all that the hotel and area offered. The person checking us in was delightful and very informative. This allowed our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable.

Under construction. Put us on the 14th floor with the construction going on right over our head. Deafening. There were 2 girls at front desk when we were checking in. Clearly neither one of them wanted to check us in. Didn't acknowledge, smile - nothing.

I definitely liked the location. The rooms were nice but I hated that they were going under renovations. I didn't find that out until after I booked the hotel. I checked in early but couldn't nap because the construction goes on daily from 9-5 EVEN ON SATURDAY!!! Will have to wait until spring 2025 to stay there again.
