Traveling for vacation. This room was like a small apartment. It had a hot breakfast and lots of choices. The bed wasn't that comfortable, but we stayed in a Queen when we are used to a King. Staff was friendly. Would stay here agian.

The hotel was quiet and we did not hear any of the other guests. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was the air conditioning unit was extremely loud but tollerable

Loved ALL front desk and housekeeping staff! We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights while visiting family, and were welcomed by staff every time we talked in the doors. Breakfast was very good with many options and different choices each day. Our room was spotless and cleaned up each day upon our return. I especially liked the cookies, muffins and flavored water that was available in the lobby during the day.
This hotel is on the northeast side of Wichita which was very convenient for the many activities we participated in. We will definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed at this Towneplace a couple of times now, each time I visit Wichita.. VERY pleased each time! Very clean, GREAT breakfast & the staff is always so kind, so friendly and so welcoming. This is my go to hotel when in Wichita!

It was pretty clean but they didn’t notice a used washcloth that someone before me had hung on top of the shower curtain. It had been there for awhile it was dry and crusty. Other than that, it was fantastic!

We just stayed for an overnight. Check-in staff was attentive. Room was spacious -- appreciated the full kitchen. Bed was a little too soft for our taste, but fine. I slept! I never sleep when we travel. It’s so hard for me to feel comfortable and many hotels are so noisy. But This place is very quiet. We had the two room suite. Black out windows kept it nice and dark. The AC and fan worked very well and kept the rooms very comfortable. Having a kitchen with everyone you need in it to warm up and cook meals plus an ice maker that works is awesome and really made our stay comfortable. The coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee cups is very handy. The TV in our living room didn’t work but the staff was courteous and prompt with coming up with a solution. The front desk also has games you can borrow for family fun. Great location was close for all our favorite shopping places. We would definately stay here again.

The place was not vacuumed once in my 4 night stay. Not once did anyone come with new towels or clean my room. The fridge froze everything you put in it, regardless of temp setting. The air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off with a mouse stuck in it constantly. Couldnt open window shades because light was shining right in window.
Will NEVER stay here again!

I don’t often leave reviews but had to this time. This was an absolutely great place to stay. The have obviously made a lot of upgrades. The room layout was perfect!! Front desk greeted everyone that entered and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was great as well. I highly recommend this location as it was a very pleasant home away from home.
