We were blown away the moment we arrived!
2/3 of the property was under renovation.
If I knew in advance, I didn't have to make a reservation, but I was made to regret it when I arrived.
Staying in this place for 2 weeks was very inconvenient.
Above all, I can't ask for room cleaning because the room door doesn't close!
It happened on day 1!
When I returned from outside, the door was open!
Fortunately, I was relieved that it did not lead to theft, but I refused room cleaning from the next day.
There was water leaking from the bathroom sink. The shampoo stand in the bathroom was inconvenient because the screw was missing and the shampoo was hanging. The towel hanger was also unscrewed and hanging.
The TV channel was boring as well.
I can't stay in the room all day because of the smell of thinner! Even if I wanted to rest, I had no choice but to go out.

The room had an overpowering smell of cleaning chemicals. We had to air it out for hours and it still smelled all night. We couldn’t get the tv to work either. We asked for a late check out. They gave us half an hour until 11.30. At 11:30 the phone rang and the employee just said 11.30. Nothing else. It was impersonal and abrupt. We were just walking out the door but they really rushed us out. The employees appear to all be Indian and while we enjoy Indian food, the lobby had an overpowering smell of it.

I like the hot tub in the room. The size is huge vompared to other in room tubs BUT it was kinda dirty my hubby spent about an hr to clean it so we could use it. Even the shower was dirty. It had lots of dust and the mattress was stained on the sofa bed and the sofa bed pillows. It wasnt dirty like this the 1st time we stayed. Probably wont be staying again.

Place was dirty. Sticky floors. Bathroom floor had hair on the floor. Ball of hair next to table. Ketchup or bbq stains infront of couch. We went to tell the front desk and he went to tell the cleaning lady to go clean the room. She said it was another cleaning lady that cleaned that room not her. We had to leave and come back later. Came back amd it was better then it was. Not really clean. Not to happy but had to stay. No other placed had rooms for 3 nights in a row for us. We should get some sort of refund back because we left and had to come back later.

The room was not complete clean. They had to remove the food from the refrigerator and someone else socks. The ceiling had spider webs and was always smelling like ****. Felt sick all the time in the room.

Decent property for the price. Remodeled rooms. Only complaint would be parking, spots are too tight and sometimes theres ppl who sleep in their cars and take up space in the parking lot or block in spaces near the stairs.

The room was nice and it was a quiet area luckily no loud guests. Unfortunately though the mattresses were dirty lots of random stains on it. Also the tv was stuck on store demo mode. Had to call the front office for them to come into the room to fix it. Also the shower in the bathroom would leak lots of water
