All the staff at the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful ,a special mention for Madison in the restaurant who always provided great service .Rooms clean and comfortable, hotel well placed for bus links to front in Whitstable and to Canterbury.

I booked an accessable wet room, but was surprised to find it located a long way from the entrance, which made access difficult. Usually they are located close to the main reception area. Also the shower controls were difficult to use by someone with problems with their hands. The very limited choice in the restaurant for an evening meal was also disappointing. We therefore had a meal elsewhere. The availability of a varied meal in-house or next door has always been a major selling point of Premier Inn. The breakfast was good but not a self-serve buffet. Car park limited in spaces. On a positive note, all the staff were very helpful and the young man on reception coped extremely well (on his own) during a false alarm with the fire alarm at 5.30am.

The food offering is very limited and nowhere near as good as when it was available at the Beefeater. Also the breakfast has to be ordered at the moment and is not available as a help yourself option. There is no bar to speak of now that the Beefeater is closed and only some bottled bear up until 10pm. It necessitates going into Whitstable town for a good meal and drink. Not ideal.

It was just a short visit but Kate was very helpful as soon as I came in, going out of her way from her duties to show me along the way to the restaurant as it was dark and I was unsure to the path!! She double checked with restaurant staff if it was okay for me to pop in and they were accommodating as well! Many thanks

Noise from room above every night. Footsteps very loud , water and toilet flushing noise constantly Floor in room above creaked at every movement above. Unable to lower temperature of room , after adjusting temperature , it just reverted to 25 degrees again. Breakfast was ok , but evening meals we gave up on 30 min wait to be seated and order taken , 30 more minutes to be told they had run out of pizzas. Gave up and went to a pub. Realise hotel must be in need of refurbishment --badly!

I stayed at this Premier Inn and the staff very amazingly friendly and the room was very clean. I could not get through to Premier Inn to cancel a reservation at the Brighton Hotel as did not have my reservation number, was on the phone for 6 hours in total. As my experience was so good at Whitstable I called them and an extremely friendly man called Lewis helped me and I was able to cancel my reservation. 10 out of 10 for Whitstable Thank you Lewis

We stayed at Whitstable premier inn recently. We received great service, Considering how the staff seem to be so over run. The room was nice and clean although a little dated. I'd stay again if passing. Overall, staff are very friendly, service is great. rooms are nice and clean

Great location, good parking, very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, especially in the restaurant, which itself was lovely and clean, with a fair choice of food at reasonable prices.
