Stayed here on Friday evening with my daughter. We live local but we stopped over night to have a couple of days hunting for sea glass. Lovely friendly welcome from the lovely Adele, such a brilliant staff member who made us both feel welcomed. She gave my daughter some sea glass and we will return again and give her some sea glass art my daughter will make for her ❤️ The room was normal premier inn style, everything you need and comfortable. Had an issue with the plug in the sink and bath, the night receptionist came straight round and tried his best to fix it but couldn’t do it, he left me a screwdriver for when I wanted a bath so I could wedge it back out after, slightly weird but I was happy to have a bath and he gave us a free breakfast for the inconvenience which was appreciated. Absolutely fantastic location, right on the pedestrianised promenade at the beach. Kids can play safely outside without worrying about cars. We ate dinner and breakfast in the beefeater and the food and service was also brilliant. Highly recommend this hotel for beach stays, we usually stay at the caravan park at the other end of the coast but we will be returning here definitely! Thank you Adele and the premier inn team

Staying here is our go to for a break. Rooms are disabled friendly and location so close to the beach is ideal. There are plenty of places to eat who cater for wheelchair bound customers who want to eat indoors if weather is inclement.

While they keep up their standards and continue value for money I will continue to use them. Accessibility is essential and it is consistently good

Standard Premier Inn in a great location spoiled by hot airless rooms with windows that don't open and air conditioning that doesn't work. Spoke to reception and they said that the air con doesn't work in some rooms and told me to complain on the website. Stupid thing is it wasn't even hot outside. Trip ruined by sleepless night, shouldn't be advertised as having air conditioning.

I can’t believe there aren’t more negative reviews about this hotel. It’s in a great location, right by the beach! But **You will roast in the rooms** Despite the rooms being advertised as having Air Con, the lowest temperature was 19oC on the setting which seemed to do nothing. It’s like a greenhouse; but worse. Windows don’t open either so there’s no way of getting air through. It was literally suffocating. We complained to the reception but there was nothing other than a check to make sure there were no errors in the system (there were not) and an apology and blaming the hot weather outside… (it was 20oC outside!! Not exactly boiling). This led to 4 mostly sleepless, or at least severely uncomfortable and disturbed nights. Aside from that, the hotel was OK. Generally clean except for some mould in the bathroom and window exteriors need a good clean. I would NEVER stay here again though as it was unbearable in the rooms. We were in room 208

Car Parking should be inclusive of an overnight stay otherwise it's a bit of a faff and could land you with a £25 fine. As the windows don't open I'd also expect the air conditioning to work - a desk fan is really no substitute. Otherwise it's an excellent location.

We booked this hotel for the location as we were going to an event close by. We were pleasantly surprised with the price, we only paid £40, absolute bargain. Even got a sea view. There were a couple of giggles but nothing that spoilt our stay. We left wishing we'd booked 2 nights at that price

I was checked out of a two day stay by your team after day one and my personal belongings were packed and put in reception. I had to wait 30 mins for the team to make up a room and was unable to have breakfast due to team sickness. Unacceptable for a business traveller.

Fabulous location! We were lucky enough to get rooms with sea views. Friendly and hardworking staff. All you could dream for breakfast.
