It was a little hard to find the main entrance, but that’s apart we had a very warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and more generally in Whitianga. The unit was right on the waterfront, extremely well appointed, very clean and with fast Wi-Fi and media set up.

We lived the dream for 2 nights. Fabulous huge upstairs 1 bedroom apartment, views over the waterways from lounge/dining/kitchen/ & master bedroom. Awesome pool and spa, gym and the apartment was incredibly well equipped, everything you could possible need. Fantastic Managers Andrea and Shane could not have been more helpful. We had brought our boat with us and nothing was a problem. We so appreciated how they went out of their way for us. A real bday treat! If you can, stay here, you wont want to leave!

Now this is the way to go if you go traveling! The accommodation oozes luxury & relaxation, with stunning views in the morning when you have your morning coffee. It is self-catering, but is definitely worth your while. The finishing speaks of quality & the comfort of the beds is something to die for. The staff is very friendly & helpful. They were most accommodating of our traveling party & made the entire check-in experience an absolute breeze.

Got a nail pinch on my foot that was coming out from a broken patch of carpet. Also, the grounds keeper decided it was a great idea to start working on our small front garden early am on Saturday, without telling anybody he was coming in. He was literally standing outside the room glass doors looking in. I had to close all curtains in a hurry. The checkout at 10am on a Sunday is excessive. I can understand early checkouts for massive tourist destinations like Venice or whatever, but not for a small sleepy town where most people come in for the weekend. Doubt there was a lot people lining up to check in on a Sunday in May.

Won’t be going back (twice now) Management not doing a great job, dishwasher full of stinky dishes, hospitality lacking, having to remove rubbish & recycling is not a guests responsibility and to be threatened with fines for not doing so is mean spirited and not hospitable , tired apartments, beds need an upgrade esp for the $$ great location but that’s about the only positive Lady was lovely to take photo of our group😉

Nice property. It is about a 20 minute walk to the restaurants if that matters to you. Why do you need the cumbersome set of keys to EXIT the pool area? Not very safe.
