Good for what it is.

The facility is tired and quite worn. It was clean, but everything is dated. Wall paper pulling away, chips in the paint, dingy lighting, spray insulation on the curtains, and dust clogged a/c. Really not up to Quality standards. I was very disappointed

This was my "go to" place when traveling to Whitehorse from Skagway. The rooms are very nice but 2 are especially large. Comfortable bedding and hot showers, staff is amazing and friendly. Try Ricky's for breakfast when you wake up.... fantastic.

We booked here based on the published claim by this hotel that a "Shuttle is Provided" from the airport. The airport is 0.7 miles away, but too far to walk with suitcases. We double-checked when we reserved. But- NO Shuttle! We had to pay coming and going at $30 each way. We have had No answer from corporate, but have since read that others found issues with this lie. Also- the small restaurant onsite was closed. The power failure certainly wasn't the fault of the hotel.... but clearly, any reputable Business would have bent over backwards to try to rectify the $60 lost to Ubers by D-R-I-V-I-N-G us to the airport. Beware. The listing is still False even today. Absolutely no Customer service here at all!

Great place to stay in Whitehorse. Easy walking distance to most things downtown and has an attached restaurant on cold days. The hotel is clean. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The river is a short walk away. A quick ride from the airport.

Very dated hotel, musty smell and dark place, elevator is sketchy, recommend taking the stairs. they keep saying they plan to renovate??? Not sure when or just keep saying it. Beds were comfortable but, I’m so not a fan of mice in my room.

The smell was so bad it made me cringe knowing that we had to stay the night. My son wanting to play on the carpet floor was not an option! Crumbs from the previous guests, gum or something stuck in the carpet, hair everywhere. Terrible smell... Open the window for fresh air, light and scenery.. to see the top of a roof littered with rusty nails and chicken bones (what!)... walls streaked with spill marks, bathroom under sink dust bunny build up, hairs in the bathtub with built up soap streaks and soap scum!! Cracked, crooked toilet with wobbly toilet seat. What is going on with the maintenance.... The patch work, and the paint is a laugh.. complaint was made at front desk with no help basically rolled the eyes. We should have been paid to stay here!! If that wasn't enough.. Was woken by drunks above us yelling, swearing and fighting... Tried desperately to connect with front desk, the room phone doesn't even connect, what a laugh... I was getting concerned that my 3 year old was going to wake up to hear this as it was pretty scary!.. before I could find the proper authorities to call the commotion died down... Whitehorse is beautiful and books up fast, we will do our due diligence and book ahead of time.. a few nights ago we stayed at the Aurora here in Whitehorse which was absolutely lovely!! Go there, go anywhere else. Quality Inn - just awful should be shut down and literally gutted!

Have you ever been so upset about the hotel you booked that you actually couldn’t sleep? Absolutely blown away by how depressingly awful this place is, but hey, at least it’s only $325 a night and walking distance to nothing! We made the mistake of assuming that finding a hotel in Whitehorse on a Monday night in October would be fairly simple. We were mistaken. Everything was booked except for this turnip. Book 👏 in 👏 advance 👏
