******* needs the property to me more upfront about cleaning charges. They don't offer even basic cable, "free tubi movies" pre payed for one room then double charged for both. The room is loud with a fireplace heater that sounds like it's from the 1800s when it kicks on. It also appears that some of the long term renters have side bussiness being run out the back door.... I will never stay at a western budget
Again, from check in on it felt like they wanted to find a way to keep a the deposit

Everything was comfy and cozy including the fire place made the room nice warm and there's a separate little furnace in the bathroom I got to turn it on in the bathroom before when I took a shower cuz I don't like being cold after I take shower it was nice warm when I got out of shower....I thought that was cool đ thank you western budget âşď¸

I have nothing to complain about other than the pool not being heated. The rooms were big and spacious with a kitchen unit. The black out blinds were great. Comfortable bed. The rooms seemed to be well insulated as I could not hear any neighbors and I watched a movie which was loud with no complaints.

BEWARE - they will charge a ânewâ charge of $18 for housekeeping. We stayed one night and the breakfast the next day was terrible. We are not picky people but this was ridiculous. I took in my ******* reservation to show them my booking but they did not honour it. We wonât be back.

The room was too hot even though they said there was a new A/C in the room. The t.v. kept disconnecting. No decaffeinated coffee in the room. Very dated.

The staff was super nice, continental breakfast was great, lots of parking, room was spacious and had fridge and stove but it was much âolderâ than I realized⌠the room was showing itâs age and the bathroom condition really showed itâs use- some work needed to clean up the condition of the tub

The receptionist was very friendly.
The room smelled a bit of Cigarettes. The TV was a bit small.
Otherwise, the room was very large. Cute little kitchen. The gas fireplace was unexpected but a nice surprise.
Decent selection at the complimentary continental breakfast.
I would definitely stay again.
