Amazing location but that's about it. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. This was the main reason i chose this hotel. I also booked a suite, that to my surprise, didn't have a door for the bedroom.

The location was the best but the hotel itself was dirty and dated, the linen was spotted a d the carpet was filthy. There was no complimetary breakfast and the pool was closed. The bed was soft

Lil over priced went for pool but pool and hot tis always closed so just for regular hotel stay price is not worth the stay

Happy, but a big but.
No hot water for showers in the morning. Lizzo ending to her nice stay. AJ was very apologetic and very accommodating. He wasn’t able to give credit through the app, but able to give us some Hilton points.

The Hotel Policies seem predatory at times.
AC in my room wouldn't respond to controls (tried Wall panel and unit controls), neither worked.
Water in shower took a very long time to get hot.
I think the $3 bottles of water in the room are classless. The room cost over $120. You could afford to give comoplimentary bottles to everybody, not just premium guests. That is nickle and diming which feels predatory and unfriendly.
I was told if I signed up for Hilton Honors I would get free breakfast. The attendant at breakfast still charged me even though I tried to explain this. I didn't have the time or energy to argue so I just paid it. I wouldn't have normally paid $20 for that breakfast. This also felt predatory and classless.

Always stay here but honestly probably my last time. The pool and hot tub never works it’s always something with it. The soap and shampoo is never replaced before check in. This last room I had didn’t have the blackout curtain so of course was woken up extra early from the sun alone with the housekeeper kept letting the door slam and hit the latch going in and out of the room nearby.
