I checked into a room the sink had no hit water I was told by the receptionist that they don’t have maintenance on the week end I had to wait until Monday I was due to check out the next day.

Man at the desk was very helpful
Door to bathroom had a punch hole which could have been fixed prior to our stay
Roach crawled on floor while using bathroom
Tv wouldn’t come on/off
Guy at desk came up and swapped remotes out
Don’t have front desk staff at all times

it had a horrible smell to the room, i told front desk they offered me a mop and bucket, i told them im not mopping the floors,a rag and cleaning supplies was offered to me to clean myself. no cooking utensils or pans for the full kitchen that they offer. overall i will never return

The price was ok but its a welfare hotel, dirty ,no early check in,no ice machines i wouldn't rent this place out to dogs

Said had availability with 4 rooms available. Put in reservation. Was charged and received confirmation. Then was called and told no availability with no money return

Got there and clerk at front desk announced to the whole lobby they were over booked even if you have reservation no room but she’ll see if she can get us us rooms. Lucky us we got a room. The hallways stink. I slept on top of covers couldn’t get comfortable.

I checked the room prior to checking in only to find a bunch of kisses chocolate wrappers, an empty ziploc bag under the bed and a wrapped up bundle of hair behind the trash can in the bathroom; but yet the bed was made. Were the linens fresh, only God may know.
