Very poor business practice. Booked 3 nights but did not receive an access code which was promised to be emailed 72 hours in advance. No one on site to help. Had to find another more expensive hotel for the night. Next day, still no access code. had to find new accommodation. Beware.

What a terrible experience, first thing we noticed is that the jacuzzi was broken and they had a dehumidifier machine inside the unit making a lot of noise. Second and worst thing is that the place was full of mice, they have a serious pest problem. Manager said she couldn't do anything and that the unit was falling apart with signs of renovation in the future. What a terrible experience. Do not stay here!

We paid in advance for four nights in advance during the period 28 December 2023 through 2 January 2024 over three months ago, via bookings.com. The hotel accepted our payment and confirm the booking. They then sent a cancellation without explanation and refunded the money leaving us with no accommodation in this very busy and expensive period. Sounding like they got a better offer and decided they could make more money. So don’t trust your booking with these people.

Return visit to Unit 905. Clean well kept unit. Excellent location adjacent to the Whistler Village Gondola. Private, secure hallway shared by all 6 units allows for worry-free storage of ski's, 2 assigned underground parking lots that provide quick access to an elevator. Very close-by art museums, shopping, restaurants. street level: Rocky Mtn chocolates, ski clothing & Equipment, Coffee shop outside one of the staired entrances; all entrances are 'keyed'. Unit has a small but adequate steam room, a large-ish jacuzzi that overlooks the plaza, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom upstairs with large soaking tub. Wi-fi, cable tv with premium channels included. LaTour mgt recently took over, I think/hope that the transition may be contributing to the issues noted by other 2023 reviews. I love this place.

There are many mice! We reported it to management several times and they did nothing. We couldn't sleep. Quite outdated rooms and very little hygiene, we found forgotten objects from previous guests. The jacuzzi didn't work. Shame about the great location. We are NOT going back and I do NOT recommend it.
