Woke up covered in bed bug bites. Missed the wedding I came in for to go to urgent care. The hotel refused to refund me for the x2 nights which resulted in over 20 bed bug bites. I also killed a spider in the room. I’m disgusted by the room, the service and their refusal to even apologize or refund me. Everything about this place is dirty. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Safe as a solo traveler. I there was an issue of the bathtub draining; however, it was addressed and fixed within minutes. The food could use a few more healthy choices, but was tasty. As a solo traveler, I felt safe.

This was the worst SpringHill Suites we have ever stayed in. Absolutely NOT a 3-star quality hotel. Mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Poor lighting at the vanity. Dirty carpet. Everything felt old. Even the colors in the room were not pleasant. The room smelled as if it had been a smoking room in the past. It also was a very small room for a suite. Smaller than the typical SpringHill Suites Double queen suite room. Check-in was fast and efficient, however I wouldn't say that the clerk was very friendly. Definitely not up to standards.

If I could give 0 I would. We were given a room with a filthy bathroom. Toilet was not cleaned, bathtub had hair in it. They gave us another room where the toilet had feces in it! We left the hotel

Could be better. Light fixtures were full of bugs and dirt. Common areas of hotel were uncomfortablely warm. Breakfast was not good. Had a 5AM wake up call that i did not ask for. Bathrooms and showers need upgrading. Shower heads were corroded.

Convenient. The room was freezing. Couldnt control the temperature. Didnt know how to turn on the tv. The water from sink faucet came out sideways, getting the counter all wet. We had to put towels to keep the water from going to the floor. No bath mat. The tub was very slippery and my husband fell, hitting his head on the shower wall.. i had to be careful as I had foot surgery and couldn't afford a fall.

DIRTY There was no bathmat, no hand soap, no extra toilet roll, one of the 2 mirrors in the bathroom was dirty, there was hairs stuck to the shower wall and bathroom door and food was gathered behind and under the trash can. This place is in desperate need of upgrading and maintainance.

We loved the room set up,it was clean the only down fall was when we checked in the room was not ready,we were there for a wrestling tournament breakfast was included but we were not able to get it as it was served at 7 and we had to leave by 6:30 am for. The tournament I was yelled at by a worker for grabbing muffins for my boys to eat on the go I do think that should have been planned out better for the morning I'm sure none of those kids or families got the breakfast. Staff were rude,no creamer or sugar in the lobby coffee was cold and old.but other than that it was ok
