American by Wyndham, what’s the clean family friendly reasonably priced hotel chain. The Chippewa Falls location is convenient to everything I do during my vacation time. I plan to stay here in the future.

Check-in and check-out were very easy. Breakfast was great. The room was very nice. The staff went out of their way to meet my needs.

My family (2 teens + an 8 year old) had a great stay!! The pool area was amazing - there are 3 pools: a regular pool with basketball that goes up to 5 1/2 feet deep, a big water slide that empties into a 3 1/2 feet deep pool, and a zero entry spot for the little ones that also has a little slide. Note - they do not allow food, glass or parties in the pool area. We stayed in a one bedroom king room. I was pleasantly surprised that the separate room had bunk beds instead of a sleeper sofa. I'm not sure if this is true for all th one bedroom king rooms, but it's true for room 214! My teens loved trying out the deep tub (with jets!) in our room. The only thing I didn't like about the room is the actual bathroom is pretty tiny. Otherwise it was great and we didn't feel crowded even with 5 of us in the room. I would definitely stay here again!

Great service by staff when we arrived but morning front desk was quite horrible rude and indifferent the pancake machine quit working, he was nowhere to be found.he went from trash to the pancake and said it wasn’t working because of people not knowing what there were doing

The Hotel was very nice and I thought it was very clean. the beds were a little hard but other than that everything else was great! lady at the front desk was great :)

Manager was rude. Staff isn't knowledgeable. It took me weeks to even reserve. Someone hung up on me when I was trying to call about room saying he too busy. Staff members were found outside smoking while customers were waiting at front desk. Rooms small. Bathrooms extremely small. Not worth the money. Hotel is really outdated. No elevator.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and fresh smelling. But the best part of our stay was definitely the pool area. The kids loved all the different pools and definitely the slide. Would highly recommend if your looking for a great place with a pool.

We are rewards members and have the option for early check in at hotels. We called ahead and the receptionist was willing to accommodate our early check in. The water slide was undergoing maintenance, but the staff were efficient with their work to allow us time to use the pool and water slide. Staff members were all friendly and very accommodating during our stay. We will definitely be back!

The only reason i chose this hotel was the water slide, so my children could have a little extra fun in the pool room. The entire area around the water slide was shut down. It didn't appear to be something that would be fixed anytime soon, and the cement stairs leading to the top of the stairs were completely in ruins. The Hot tub did not make up for the lack of the water slide. It was luke warm at best. It was explained to me that the ambient temperature in the pool room was 66 degrees, and that's why the hot tub wouldn't stay hot. Everything else was as I expected from this level of hotel, however similar competitors will have hot breakfast that is served from a warming tray, as opposed to having to microwave it.
