Disgusting! There is no other way to describe the service from the hotelier. Was hoping to enjoy a quiet stay with my husband who lives in Hamilton, only to be met with, the most insulting, degrading line of questioning. I have only just moved to Whangarei, and it's so disappointing that people like the owners or operators of those hotel still exist! They cancelled my booking leaving me $500+ out of pocket. No sorry, no apology, just a "I don't think your the right fit for this motel" type attitude. I've re-booked elsewhere and I highly recommend anyone thinking of staying here does the same. I'm quite the traveller and never in my life have I been confronted with such despicable behaviour. I'll be sure to pass this around. But more than anything will be waiting for my refund!
