They are really friendy when we did arrived , the room was very clean , and the view of oir room was brilliant sea view. Absolutely price was great so defo book it again . Recommended 👌

Hotel’s location great, close to seafront and town centre.
The room smelt a but funny as you walked in and I would not have been able to open the window without my boyfriends help.
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest it looked like someone tried to flush a teabag down the toilet and it was stuck on the bottom.
The water pressure on the 3rd floor was absolutely rubbish, it would’ve been easier to have a wash in the sink.
We did request a room with a bath tub, which we didn’t get, but on the other hand the hotel had a little outdoor garden with sauna and hot tub which we did use for additional £20/person and we did not regret it!
Also the young man on the reception was extremely helpful.

The room is very good, the location is very good, the only thing I didn't like was the bathroom because it was small and I couldn't give my little dog a good bath, he came dirty from the beach, the breakfast was great

Lovely hotel right on the water front rooms are lovely and clean and staff was amazing will definitely be booking here again as I took my dog with me and even he loved it there so will be going again soon

Wonderful welcoming staff, great services and location.
Walking distance to beach, town, restaurants and harbour.
Only concerns was uncomfortable bed, pillows and shower was very slippy.

Really helpful receptionist
Such a helpful, friendly and conscientious receptionist(Peter) when i arrived.
He also moved me from the small single room I'd booked to a larger room with a double bed and carried my bag to the lift for me. Much appreciated.
My only slight negative is that the pillows were very flat and unforgiving. Softer ones would have perfect.
