Honestly I haven’t a single bad word to say about my stay here. It was simply fantastic. Tracie and Ian are lovely and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone! The breakfast was fantastic and the room was spotless. The location is so close to all attractions as well. I will be going back!

We spent 3 nights at the Wadham and had a wonderful time. From our room we had a lovely few over the town and watched the most amazing sunset. The whole house has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Traci and Ian were such kind people and gave us lots of helpful tips and great recommendations.

Such an amazing stay and Tracy is a great host great location very clear room highly recommended. The harbours literally a minute walk away with some great restaurants and views. Well worth to visit still. AP bet if you book direct as you'll get a better price.

I found The Wadham is an emaculate, chic and charming place to rest after a very long of work and traveling. Tracie and Ian were absolutely super hosts, I'm sorry I was only booked for 1 night! Thank you both for the lovely chats, delicious breakfast, and going above and beyond in assisting to source 100 pippets ..Lol!! Thank you 😊 Fayon

Really made welcome by Ian & Tracie lovely big room comfy bed loads tea coffee & chocolate available in room large fluffy towels plus excellent breakfast Really knowledgable local attractions and interests you couldn’t wish for better hosts lovely people

Friendly hosts, clean and functional accommodation. My room was spacious and pretty with everything I needed including filtered water, herbal tea, biscuits and hair straighteners! The Wadham is excellently situated near the harbour.

We recently stayed at The Wadham for 2 nights over a weekend & it was just fabulous! From the moment we walked in the door to leaving we couldn’t find fault with anything! The owners were informative of nearby pubs/restaurants/walks & attractions. Nothing seemed too much trouble & were on hand or a phone call away if we needed anything. The room we stayed in was on the third floor & was just beautiful! It was decorated to a high quality with lots of lovely pieces of furniture & furnishings too! There was plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits etc & if anymore was needed of anything it was all to hand to help ourselves. A very very well equipped room & en suite! We didn’t have breakfast but this could be ordered the night before if you wanted it. There was such a lovely feel to the guest house & was immaculate throughout! We would 100% recommend this guest house, in fact I have already! Thank you Tracie & Ian

Stayed here for 3 weeks during a business visit. The support from Tracie and Ian to help myself and 3 other engineers have a place to stay during this busy period was second to none. The Guesthouse is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A++++++++
