Wow … Have just returned from a weekend away with “10 ladies of a certain age” to celebrate a 70th Birthday … We had the whole accommodation to ourselves and Lynne was very accommodating with all our requirements… The house is fitted out to a very high standard… Lots of lovely touches , with the rooms and living areas very comfortable.. Added bonus to have private parking and great location to the beach , restaurants and walking distance to the town and harbour … You will definitely not be disappointed with this guest house … Thanks Lynne for a fabulous time …

We live in Weymouth and this is our place of choice to go for an Afternoon Tea. It’s a must! Homemade! Delicious and a calming atmosphere. Lynne is a super star host and makes the afternoon a delight! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect guest house. Lynne and Andy are helpful and friendly. Our rooms were really nicely furnished, great bathrooms. Appreciated a fridge in the room and fresh milk for tea etc, plus biscuits and sweets! Breakfast is pre-ordered via a QR code the night before which worked well, no waiting around in the morning. The food was excellent quality. Very close to the beach, for lovely walks along the promenade. It’s around 20mins walk to the harbour, where there are more pubs and restaurants. We had such a wonderful weekend and highly recommend St John’s!

This was our 7th visit to St John's and as always, nothing was too much trouble. My daughter's vegetarian/gluten free diet was catered for with ease. Andy and Lynne are always very helpful and do everything they can to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We'll be back!

This is the 4th time we have stayed with Andy and Lynne at St John's, their ability to make everyone welcome is a wonderful thing! All of our (grown up) children have taken it in turns to stay for part of the week with us and have loved the greeting they received from Andy and Lynne; nothing is too much trouble. The cleanliness of the rooms is 5* as is the quality and choice of the breakfasts; something to suit even the fussiest of eaters. We have booked again for next year.

I spent four nights at St. John's and found it to be conveniently located, well kept and run by a friendly and dedicated couple. The free parking on site was for me a necessity and helped to make my stay carefree. Breakfasts were well cooked and plentiful . One of the best b and bs in Weymouth.

Fantastic staying! We spent only 2 nights but it was an excellent experience, the rooms were clean, owners super friendly, the breakfast is really good and recommended! Location is very convenient, close to the beach and 5min walk to the harbour and to the center of the town. I strongly recommend this Guest House and likely to come back again with family!

We stayed at St John’s Guest house for 2 nights and what a gem it is. Perfectly located, fresh clean and tidy and a delicious breakfast. Parking is a bonus, great system to gain access to guest house and rooms and to book breakfast. Lynne and Andy are great hosts. If we visit Weymouth again we’d definitely stay with them.
