Our double room was clean but was very outdated! For the price we paid we feel it was not worth it. I think for the price there should be a breakfast but there is not. Staff was friendly on arrival. Even though it is a pub with a b&b unfortunately the noice on an evening is extreme. There was very drunk members of public hanging around by the side door which leads to most rooms. I feel this is not appropriate for a family with young children to witness. I feel this place has lost its touch. It used to be a lovely country side pub but now it feels it’s the new weatherspoons. Sadly will not stay here again.

The double room was a delightful experience. It was spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic place to unwind and relax, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway.

Mmmm, well have to say this pub is kind of strange, lacks atmosphere, and is expensive! No live football or music playing in the bar. such a wate as could be so much more in the area, may be inexperienced management who perhaps is not quite in the profession,

This place is tired tatty and unclean. No breakfast available despite sign and given that impression. Bathroom dirty. Floor disgusting Rusty bathroom fittings Towels torn Bedroom carpet dirty and stained. Seat in bedroom stained and dirty. Sheets had a hole and mark. Noisy from room above. Plus slamming of outside door. Beds not comfortable.

Such a lovely place, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the food was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for Kirsty, she completed our stay. We loved it here and will be returning.

Saved us after a treacherous night camping and a blow away tent. Leoni and her team were lovely and made it seem no bother to take us in and make sure we were safe for the night. The generosity was beyond kind allowing us a free night's stay! Thank you so much, its nice to know kindness is still out there in the world! Clean and lovely rooms too! Xxx

My family and I have been dining here at this pub for a few months now and it never fails to please! It’s got such a lovely vibe to the place, delicious food, very friendly staff and versatile nights out with the family. We especially love the quiz nights!
