The Old Castle Hotel

I normally stay in corporate hotels (100 nights a year on business trips) so a change to stay at a small b&b. No issues with parking, one of the reasons we picked here, as many b&b’s in have no easy parking, and we don’t mind a 20 minute walk into the town. Just parked right outside in a quiet road. Nice welcome from the owners, and shown to room 2. Recently refurbished, with en-suite shower and wc. They have made a real effort to make it look nice and spotlessly clean, with decent towels. Breakfast was preordered, and very nice, choice of cereals etc. and pick your choice up to full English. Easy walk to town in the evening, landlord showed us the way to the old railway line (Rodwell Way?) just out the back of the pub, and an easy flat walk to the marina. We walked to Chesil beach, along same railway but other direction, and on to Portland Bill. Long walk but decent scenery and a nice day. Would definitely recommend the Old Castle for anyone looking for good, comfortable accommodation whilst exploring Weymouth area
The New Admiralty Hotel

The hotel facilities are clean and hygienic, the design style is simple and fashionable, especially with unrivaled sea view. The hotel is located on the inner side of a school. The parking is free and convenient, and there is a stadium at the entrance. This hotel is highly recommended
