The lady on reception was rude and not helpful at all when checking in. The bathroom had no toilet paper on arrival and a very loose toilet seat. Two of the towels had marks on them. We have stayed here before and it has gone downhill significantly. First impressions from checking in did not help. The lady was more interested in eating her crisps than helping us.

Upon arrival we needed to request towels due to none where left in the bathroom. We had upgraded to the premier plus for the WiFi due to my wife had to work the following morning, waste of time as it was so slow she had to hot spot her own phone. When making a cuppa the kettle was awful with limescale. The bed underneath had not been hoovered. The air conditioning was not working which made the room very hot. And then to top it all when checking out an interview was taking place in the reception where everyone was passing and the manager taking the interview was hilarious with how they were conducting it. The manager on the morning shift had no interest in any of our concerns and just asked us to raise it with customer services. The only positive part was the bed was very comfortable.

despite being sent email up on email regarding food and drinks, the beefeater was closing in June and there was no food or drinks to be had was breakfast was finished. Not once were we advised of this. We ended up having to get a taxi into town as one of the party was on crutches, which is why is was more than a little inconvenient that the bar and evening meal was not available. The eating experience.... I booked this Premier inn as I have stayed he before. On the run up to the stay I was getting emails showing the menu for both Breakfast and dinner. However I did receive an email saying the Beefeater was closing in June but we could still eat, nowhere did is say there would be no bar or evening meals available. This changed all our plans, as one of my friends how was staying in another room is on crutches due to a knee op, dinner and drinks at the beefeater would be ideal as he couldn't walk far. We ended up having to get a taxi into town £10 there and £10 back. Breakfast. we were told in the morning that the chef had just received his notice of redundancy, but was still working. We were meeting a group of us for Breakfast on The Friday morning so the buffet breakfast was Ideal, nope it was all you could eat, but had to order so it could be cooked to order. This caused confusion with the waitress who was lovely and will be an asset to whoever she works for next. When the order came there was one breakfast short (this wouldn't have happened if it was a buffet) she apologised and the missing breakfast wasn't to long in coming. However when it did come the poor waitress was in tears, I went and had a word and she said the chef was rude to her for messing up our order, we were find with it and hadn't made it a issue.

Accessibility was easy, not having to drive into Weymouth itself a big plus. Only took 10 minutes to drive to Dorchester for a family reunion. We also drove easily to Portland Bill where I spent some time 65 years ago, also visited the Nothe in Weymouth, another memory jerker!

Have stayed here several times before when visiting family in the area. It's nice to be away from the busy part of central Weymouth, especially on a BH weekend. Always find the duvet too heavy / thick, but bring my own cover. Also the pillows are too firm. Bring my own feather pillow (a sign of old age!) It's always pretty quiet and peaceful as not near any roads. Even though it was the school holiday, didn't feel too crowded. The welcome from reception os always great here and they always greet us in the morning when we pass through reception too. Hey Premier Inn, love the new(ish) clear glass mugs that provide a decent sized brew!

Booked an early check in then when we arrived was told by the person on reception that because it was a bank Holiday weekend and people had until 12 to check out that we could not check in ( he asked me if I had read the terms and conditions) I asked him to phone me when the room was ready but he said he was called in on his day off and would be leaving soon to go home( he did not offer to get the next person on duty to phone me?) We stay at this hotel on a regular basis and have always never had a problem. 6 of us went for breakfast on the first morning we stayed and it was a disaster. There was only one chef in the kitchen and one lady booking you in and doing every other job. There was very little hot food and people waiting in line fir food to be brought out. We ate very little and all left still hungry ( we did not attempt to eat there again) We complained at reception who said they had had lots of complaints but no one was offered any discount or refund. We were not offered a refund for the early check in that we did not receive. Luckily there are lots of other hotels in Weymouth we're we can stay from now on.

I stayed at the Lodmoor Prem. Inn somewhere around 2015 and had a great time so I thought we would try the Littlemoor one this time. I am disabled and informed reception on arrival that I parked in the disabled bay with a blue badge. I also walk with a stick so it was fairly obvious I wasn't any kind of budding athlete. We were put in room 129 which felt like a half mile walk to get to. Also had to go back to reception to get a bath towel which was missing. Good job there was a lift otherwise I would have been in trouble! Went over to the Beefeater to get some coffee only to find out that it was shut and only open for breakfast despite my emailed booking confirmation stating it was open for meals and drinks during the day. This meant having to go back out and finding somewhere to eat. The room was fairly clean but missing a bedside cabinet and having a stool there instead. The sink tap in the bathroom was not secured to the sink and you had to hold the tap still to use it. Other than that, the room was nice and cool with working air-con and it was nice and quiet during the night. Would have been nice to have two seats in the room instead of one but that's fairly minor. Wi-fi wasn't great and had to use 4G to find places to eat but again, that was a minor issue. Would have been major if no phone signal! Breakfasts were fairly good, cooked to order and clean tables and chairs except when it came to Sunday morning when we were leaving. Walked into the breakfast bar and it was utter chaos. No staff, no food, no clean tables or seats. Some poor girl stuck in there on her own and buffet breakfast which I dislike as it looked like a plague of locusts had beaten us to it. We left hungry and disappointed. Overall, the staff were great, friendly, helpful and putting up with conditions that I would not have. The only one that let the place down was on duty the last night we came back from evening meal. When we walked in, she didn't even look up to see who it was but kept staring at the iPad or whatever it was she was watching. As we went through the door to the rooms, I said goodnight but again, no reaction nor looking away from what she was watching. I was refunded for the breakfasts we couldn't get so not out of pocket but this time, our stay wasn't as good as Premier Inns we've stayed in previously. May well try something different next time.
