The hotel's prime location near a serene beach and village offers relaxation and exploration. Guests appreciated the spacious, clean rooms, cozy beds, and balconies. The exceptional, friendly staff provided great service.

I loved the location. The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms clean and comfortable. The thermal suites are too busy. The spa itself was gorgeous and the treatments are relaxing. The price of the rooms are overpriced for what you get. The breakfast is average and having to pay a €5 supplement for pancakes or poached eggs is laughable given that the cost of the stay. The bar food was terrible. I had what can only be described as salmon swimming in watery soup on top of an overcooked boxty.

To say the the staff here are excellent is just an understatement we had the gorgeous Nailton advising us on the food and he was spot on and Julia is above professional lovely hotel but my only crib was we had to move room 3 times due to us getting a room with a balcony and a gale was blowing in 2 of the rooms we just asked for a room with no balcony again staff at reception were excellent

This was a very memorable hotel stay, with siblings. Wonderful food and exceptional service. Lovely comfortable and spacious room with balcony on which to enjoy the beautiful sunshine. The walk to the beach from the grounds was an added bonus. We’ll be back for sure. We highly recommend.

We had the most fantastic stay! All the staff were so fantastic from reception to the bar, the spa! Everyone was so amazing they really are a credit to the hotel. We didn’t want to eat in the restaurant and they had no problem accommodating us in the bar instead. The room was fantastic and actually had a little balcony which was lovely! We had drinks in the bar, they were expensive but you’re paying for the atmosphere and hotel and you don’t mind once the staff are nice! The food was lovely too. The breakfast was fantastic, it’s a buffet but you do get a lot brought to the table so it’s only a hot buffet really it was fantastic and so fresh! The spa was gorgeous, we had a full body massage and then spent some time in the thermal suite. They also knew it was my birthday so gave us some gorgeous Prosecco and strawberries in a private area with a jacuzzi for an hour, it was such a gorgeous touch and much appreciated!! Before we left we visited the private beach which you have to access with your room card, a short walk though a little forest , it’s a class little hidden gem! We cannot wait to return, 10/10 would recommend!

Booked for lunch/dinner on Sunday, 16 March at the Village Bar & Grill for 4 people. We arrived on time but had to wait for our table. When seated, the table was empty, and after about 15 minutes, the server arrived to take our order. We ordered starters and mains and had to request drinks (a latte coffee). When ordering our mains, I asked if they included sides like potatoes and vegetables. The server informed us that we had to order them separately with a charge, so we ordered 2 sides of roast potatoes and one side of chips. The server then came and placed a bunch of napkins with 4 knives and 4 forks in the middle of the table. Bread was brought for the two people having soup. After about 5 minutes, the soup arrived. Another starter came out after 5 minutes, and the last starter arrived 5 minutes later. I had to ask for salt and pepper. Attention to detail so bad. The server cleaned the table and again placed a bunch of napkins with 4 knives and 4 forks in the middle of the table. Our main courses arrived: 2 of our party had lamb with a blob of mint in the middle of the plate. The food was terrible, and the presentation was appalling. We ordered dessert, and 2 of the party ordered a scoop of ice cream with their dessert, which cost €2.00 per scoop. When the bill arrived, I was shocked at the price its cost €230.00, it wasn't worth half of that for the service and the food. Will never recommend this hotel for dining.
