110: ruime kamer boven een terras en dat hoor je. Kleine douche, zachte matras met voelbare springveren, een vervelende zweet matrashoes onder het laken en een waardeloos hoofdkussen dat opgeschud heel wat lijkt maar erop liggen niets voorstelt en oude fauteuils met smoezelige stoffering. De bedden zijn 220 lang maar de wastafel hangt op "kinderhoogte". Het ontbijt is uitgebreid met oude filterkoffie. Fietsenstalling is mogelijk in een garage 100m verder met een versleten, gedeukte en vieze garadedeur. Vriendelijke bediening maakt veel goed.
