Beautiful, beautiful hotel, the ground were majestic! the room was like stepping back in time, it's well done with period pieces, bathroom was perfect, clean and very very accommodating with all essentials needed. There was a huge fireplace in the front foyer and it smelled lt was wonderful, the linens could definitely use updating, it is my understanding from our tour guide that the hotel is for sale and I think the upkeep is a little off, but I'd go back.

Compliments to Management and staff who greatly added to our stay in the West Particular mention for reception Manager who sorted voucher issue Also Clodagh who is just a fantastic therapist in the spa. Spa manager needed to make a better effort to leave message re a change of appointment due to staff issue Grounds staff/Gardeners do an exceptional job! Bar and Resturant staff are so friendly Breakfast was super! (Staff were slow to remove used dishes and offer fresh tea/coffee) Full joint of ham on breakfast options was a lovely touch

Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds, very helpful staff. But, and this is no reflection whatsoever ever on the waiting staff, they can only serve when food is ready. Attended a wedding recently, and although the food itself was great, food service was frankly diabolical. Sat down at 5.15, got starters at approximately 7.15, and didn’t get main course till about 8.30. Management need to review how they do this, I wouldn’t recommend this as a wedding venue for that reason. Pity, lovely place.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are excellent, surroundings are idyllic and the ‘tent’ is a great addition. We enjoyed an extremely good meal there being served by very friendly knowledgeable staff. We enjoyed a relaxing stay in a fabulous venue.

My son and I stayed here for three nights as part of an 8 day golfing vacation. Our stay was outstanding. The rooms were wonderfully appointed, with a spacious room and bathroom. The staff were friendly and very professional. The breakfast provided as part of our room rate was excellent - hot and cold options. The grounds were fabulous; felt like we were staying in our own Manor! If in the Ballina area, stay here. You won’t regret it!

I had the most amazing getaway recently at this majestic hotel nestled in the heart of a lush estate. Everything about my stay from start to finish was simply outstanding, not least the gorgeous dinner menu. I didn’t want to check out. A true glimpse of heaven on earth.

This was luxury! That was the biggest bed I ever slept in. Very comfortable. Lots of pillows. My room and bathroom were huge! Staff were welcoming and helpful. If you have a chance to do the falconry, do it because it was so interesting. Also, walking around the grounds was lovely too. I ate at the restaurant in the tent outside. They charged me 5.50 euro for water which I found too pricey. The meal was fine. Service was good.

Spent another wonderful night at Mount Falcon Hotel, dined in the fabulous marquee and had a delicious dinner there, the new menu is really amazing. The cabaret was a welcome addition, such fantastic musicians. Top marks to Alan the best host in Ireland and his wonderful staff for looking after us so well, we will be back
