My wife found the savoy on a Google search for £31 a night in a family room with a comfortable double bed and on suite shower tv and coffee and tea making facilities it's good value for money we've used it as an overnight stay for an early morning flight from Bristol airport Weston is a nice place for an evening stroll and fish and chips etc it's cheap and cheerful and clean and tidy helpful staff 👍👍 thanks 👍👍

We took a trip to Weston and booked at the Savoy. The owner was very helpful and accommodating throughout. We were meant to stay for 2 nights, but due to a personal matter had to stay an additional night, the owner could not do enough to make us feel welcome, and help us to feel comfortable! We were upgraded to a bigger room. The room has everything we needed, clean towels and bedding. Thanks again, and we will be going again!

OMG! Please beware! If there was a minus rating, I would have put that! Firstly, how can they call themselves a B&B when they don't provide breakfast? Check the mattress...no mattress protector & urine, plus other unknown stains all over it (Room 12) It was disgusting! The QR scan code for assistance didn't work and, as I was on my own, I didn't feel safe going back down to reception at 10.30pm. I slept on towels on top of the duvet in the end. People up & down and talking in the corridors all night. Loud music in one of the rooms until after 3am (I liked Adele and Whitney up until then!). Basin not cleaned properly. Went down to reception in the morning but no-one around. Left a message and it took 11 hours for someone to phone me back. :-(

NEVER VISIT THIS!! Me and my dad stayed the night and this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! We stayed in room 7 and it stunk. I was told this was a migrents hotel. Staff were playing football in the lobby and they wasn't there half the times at reception. You have to find your own room aswell. The carpet was very very dirty it had stains all over it. Me and my dad stayed 1 night and it was £95!! me and my dad quickly left in the morning because it was horrible. Dont eat in room 7 because it was very dusty aswell. THE TV FELL OF THE WALL. towels were hard and they was yogurt on are floor aswell?! never go here with your children its for your saftey because people were putting dirty nappies in the bins and the bin men wouldn't collect it so they put it in the basement that is why it has a rubbish smell through out. horrible never stay here again staff were rude and if there is breakfust DONT EAT IT MY FRIEND THAT STAYED HERE ASWELL WITH HER KIDS GOT FOOD POISNING. also one of the staff were trying to hit on a young lady i was told. the outside was dirty. dont STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My aunty very kindly booked a hotel stay this week for me and my teenage sons as I couldn't afford a holiday this summer so this night stay was it. She hadn't seen the reviews for the Savoy and this was one of the only available. I myself researched the hotel and saw the reviews were terrible... But I tried to focus on the very scarce positive reviews and thought it would be ok just for the one night and it couldn't surely be that awful. After a very long day travelling (me and both my lads are on the spectrum) we arrived at the Savoy and I went to check in. We were told there was no such booking though my aunty had booked 3 weeks prior and had email confirmation to prove that... There was definitely a language barrier with the man at reception... I really struggle in stressful situations due to my autism and the man just displayed no empathy. As I was on my phone with my aunty in floods of tears he started rarcously laughing for some bizarre reason as me and my sons were clearly in much distress... Eventually I passed the phone to the man and my aunty attempted to sort it out she then asked if there was a room for us available at first and at first he told her there was a family room available. Over hearing this we started to calm down slightly then in the next breath he refused to accept payment at all then said there wasn't a room after all... My aunty told me she felt there was something very strange going on and we needed to leave immediately.... We were in absolute blind panic thinking we had nowhere to stay for the night, my youngest son (14( was particularly distressed. My aunty did find us somewhere in the end and it worked out ok. But please people don't stay here.... I heard it was a migrant hotel and I think that's definitely correct. Very strange how they'd turn away paying customers. There were also a couple of people on the hotels sofas who looked homeless. My stepmum actually asked one lady if she was staying there she said no... Was all very bizarre. Don't even try with this place guys you will save yourself a world of trouble seriously.

This place is a complete mess! Beyond being dates, it has rubbish throughout and has an unpleasant smell. I would avoid! Room I am in has a TV but there is no outlet to plug it into. Shower has mold. Dirty mirrors and other items throughout. Hard to find anything positive to say about the place.

The worst hotel I’ve been to. I’ve never written a review but felt this deserved a review. The reception area was hugely dated, dirty and there was no reception staff available to help us check in. There was a lady in reception who appeared to be living on the sofas all weekend downstairs who didn’t work there. Our room was upstairs top level it had no bathroom and the shared bathroom was not useable. There was a radiator in the bath! Bed sheets etc seemed clean but pillows were super thin. There were random rooms which were empty and dirty on our floor. We tried to complain when we left but non of the staff spoke English.

Yes the reception is a bit dated but who cares, the rooms are lovely and the manager is amazing !! We have stayed here 4 out of the last 5 weeks. This is our new home from home, great prices , great location and staff who go above and beyond. If you want great value for money then this is the place to book, very child friendly even with my hard to manage 7yr old who has ADHD. Can't praise this place enough
