One of the "3W" towns, Weston is Boston Metro area's most prestigious neighborhood which is centrally located with only <30 min to downtown Boston, with easy access to major highways, commuter rail stations and many local universities, etc. Next to a beautiful woodsy park, this is a spacious (~2000 sqft) secondary unit (like one of Duplex townhouse units in a structure, half of a big house) which has its own private entry/exit. Outdoor pool in the yard is open from June to September [no lifeguard!]. There are backyard chickens so if you'd like, host can provide some farm fresh eggs. -:)The spaceMake every night a movie night with full HD projector, 100 inch screen and room filling sound!1st Floor: Full Kitchen with all essential appliances and filtered drinking water; A generous great room and a dining area; A bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with shower and a compact washer/dryer setup; There is another bathroom with shower.2nd Floor: a bedroom with a queen bed; a bedroom with 2 twin beds. (note both bathrooms are on the 1st floor)Guest accessPlease access the unit through the gate to the yard. You can access the entire vacation unit as well its deck. You are welcome to swim in the pool when it is open during the summer. Note there is no life guard. Parking:Garage is not accessible, so please park on the parking spaces for the vacation unit which is perpendicular to the garage. Or you can park on the street opposite to the mailbox. Please do not park immediately in front of the garage doors or block the circular drive way.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Guest needs to make sure the children are safe!.About customRules:No drugs! "The hotel is superb and has the feel of a five-star hotel. Need to swipe the elevator, the security is bursting. The sanitary conditions are exceptionally clean, the rooms are decorated in a clean and tidy atmosphere, and the kitchen supplies are available. You can also buy eggs and vegetables on your behalf. It is more convenient than cooking at home!"

"This is my second time staying here. The breakfast is very good. It's just near the highway, so the traffic is loud. And now they charge parking fees, which is a bit excessive. The house prices fluctuate a lot. There is Costco across the street, so shopping is convenient."

"It's a very new hotel with all facilities, free parking, and it's very convenient to get to Boston city by car or public transportation. The breakfast environment is good. It's pretty good among Western-style breakfasts. It has everything you need. The room was clean and the bedding had no smell."

"The hotel also includes breakfast, which is unexpected! And the breakfast is very good, with salmon, rich fruits, blueberries, strawberries, cucumbers, cantaloupe, pineapples! The American breakfast is very good 👍👍 It is also very close to Newton Center, and there is a good Cantonese restaurant. There is a river with kayaking behind the hotel. It is not far from downtown Boston by car. It is a good hotel. The price is not very cheap. Later, I stayed in the Marriott in Burlington and realized the difference. The latter has no breakfast, but the room is very new, the facilities are complete, and the parking is free. The former parking is about 10$ a day, and the room card is swiped to enter and exit"

"The location is average and the health is OK. We are working there so choose. If it is a trip, it is more troublesome, because it costs 30 dollars to take a taxi to the city and 30 dollars to Harvard University. There are no slippers and toiletries in the room, and there are no hotels in the United States. It is very strange. Breakfast is mainly cold meals. It is good to use it as a fast hotel. Don't think about it compared with the domestic Hilton."

"The location is next to other hotels in the same area. In the middle of the night, I met the front desk of the unskilled operation and waited for a long time. The room is large, the air conditioner is loud, there is a big closet, there is a sofa table for the guest sofa, there are kitchen equipment and a large refrigerator. It should be something to eat by yourself. Similar to a single apartment, it is more suitable to stay for a few days, if you drive the most. Ok, you can go out and buy ingredients. But the sound insulation is not very good, breakfast is almost no, only coffee and a small cake, maybe most people make their own breakfast in the room. I left early, the kitchen equipment was useless, I don't know how."

"Although the room seemed a bit outdated, it was VERY clean. The additional amenities such as coffee and tv access were a plus. My favorite was the sleep well lavender oil, which also came in handy after the trip was over and I was back home. My only big complaint is the parking. You have to use the parking garage which is on the same property and somewhat close, but when it’s less than 20 degrees outside and you have children and luggage to carry it becomes troublesome. Id suggest some kind of heating hallway or tunnel to connect the two."

"Very satisfied, the room is large and there are doors separating the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Like a one-bedroom house, the kitchen is fully equipped, the breakfast is delicious, and the service staff are very dedicated.
The hotel is located in a park with many hotels nearby and many high-tech companies.
Among supermarkets, the market basket is the closest and the best place to visit. There are Trade Joe's and CVS a few kilometers away, as well as a Costco membership store.
Very quiet, very similar to Boston's temperament. Would love to stay again.
Good hygiene and had a very pleasant time."
