The first room they gave me in Flamingo II smelled like trash. The second room was pretty beat and i had trouble with key opening my room door every time. Mentioned it to maintenance, he said" i need to change that lock" " I said your welcome to do it" he told me he would do it after i left. Third time ive stayed there, and it will be the last

Nice place to stay for a few days
This was a one night stay so I didn’t get to use the amenities which were offered. The unit is had was clean, good size, well maintained but a bit dated. The reception staff were all professional and personable. The grounds were well maintained.
I would definitely stay there in the future.

Our room was dirty, floors weren’t swept and found someone’s broken acrylic nail and used band aid near bed stand. Need to do a better job in cleaning floors. Carpet in bedroom had ketchup stains. Found hair near tub doesn’t belong to us when we first entered the room.

guest service staff amazingly rude. very comfortable going out of their way to disrespect guests. also almost 1 hour check-in, with no line. that staff is the whole downfall

Room not made up daily, just once in a 7 day stay, no coplementary breakfast, gym with too few equipment. Just 1 in house eatery. No laundramat on property.

Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit dated, but it was clean. The property is a little confusing when trying to find the main building to check in. We got a little lost and asked the staff of the building we were near for help. They were rude and laughed at us, but the staff inside the main building were very kind. The mattress was on the firmer side which I prefer, but I don't think most people would like that. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we'd come back when we have more time to spend on site to fully enjoy the facilities.
