This hotel is nothing short of underwhelming. I will definitely state it is in a good location, within walkable distance to many shops and restaurants across the street, and an in n out right next door. The hotel grounds are modern and clean. However, the service is what differentiates this hotel from a higher class property. We had booked a room with two queen beds and received one with one queen bed and a pull out sofa. The reception hosts simply stated they had “overbooked” and had run out of queen bed rooms. They were unapologetic about it and even sounded annoyed at the fact I brought up the issue. I was traveling with my dad and brother and my brother had to take the pull out sofa which he said was a spring mattress, he was extremely uncomfortable. The room layout is also odd. The tv is in the middle of the room instead of In front of the bed so you’d have to turn your head in order to watch. And the bathroom is right in front of the bed. I was also cold on the first night and asked for extra pillows and blankets. The same reception host informed me that they had run out of pillows and would check if she even had extra blankets to give. I’m aware this isn’t a 5 star hotel, but at almost $200 a night it isn’t a motel 6 either for this type of treatment from the staff, mainly the overnight ones. The following day I brought up my concerns to the manager, Michelle who was completely understanding and apologetic. They did refund me $50 for the inconvenience which I found kin
