The front desk does not always answer, even though it’s supposed to be available 24/7. I informed them upon arrival that I am physically disabled, but was given a room on the second floor. There are no elevators here.
I’ve been sick to my stomach, have a headache, and coughing since the morning after I arrived. I need to extend my stay, but since the front desk didn’t answer, I’m here leaving this review.
The plumbing is messed up…it’s difficult to adjust the temperature of the water. I keep getting burned with hot water, or it’s too cold. There’s an adjoining door to my room, and I do not feel safe. I’m a female solo traveler.

Very good service. Staff is knowledgeable and nice. I got a shared room so it is not my first choice. I didn't realized it was like a motel but that is my bad. The room is cleaned but there is some stain on the washroom floor.

This is a motel, this is a motel! I chose this hotel to be close to the client's company. The pictures of the booking were well packaged, and the average room rate was more than 900 yuan/day, which is not as good as domestic two-star hotels. Generally, the rooms in American hotels are not small. In this twin room, I can only barely fit a small suitcase, and I have to hang my clothes in the bathroom. There is a small yard behind the room (behind a low guardrail, it is next to the road), and the grass is fake. I booked a room for three days, and the front desk told us when I checked in that the waiter could only clean once. Except for the barely acceptable breakfast and two gas stations nearby where I could buy some things, there was nothing else. I really regretted this booking.
