the Hotel is up to expectation. Chocolate is everywhere and it's delicious! The Restaurant offer daily menu and a la cart. Great taste and high quality of all the dishes. Close by the reception there is a "shop area" where is possible to buy the chocolate creations made in the atelier. Room are very elegant, spacious and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

Overall a real delight to stay here. Very comfortable - excellent food at the different meals. The values of the Voss family owners shines through the whole operation. For chocolate aficionados this is a very special place.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Essen und Frühstück, sauber, guter Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, Zimmer geräumig, wir hatten viel Spaß beim Schokopömps dekorieren. Alles klasse!!!! Wir hatten mit sechs Frauen das Freundinnenarrangement mit einigen Extras. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmte

ein besonderes und schönes hotel das schokoladenkonzept war in jedem detail spürbar die zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel das essen im restaurant war köstlich besonders die schokoladendesserts waren hervorragend das personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam die schokoladentherapie im wellnessbereich war eine interessante erfahrung die preise waren für das angebotene erlebnis absolut angemessen

Es hat uns im Schokoladenhotel wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist familiär geführt und die Inhaber und Mitarbeiter sind dem Gast jederzeit sehr zugewandt. Einige Umbauten hat es seit unserem letzten Besuch gegeben - nun ist das Hotel noch schöner geworden. Das Weihnachtsarrangement war gut gestaltet und das Essen sehr lecker. Insbesondere auch das Festessen am Heiligabend und das Programm war ganz wunderbar. Schade nur - hierfür kann das Hotel ja aber nichts - , dass einige Gäste wohl von Weihnachten überrascht wurden und daher insbesondere beim Festessen am Heiligabend nicht für diesen Anlass angemessen gekleidet waren.

Das Hotel besticht durch die familiäre Atmosphäre, alles sind dort sehr bemüht, Gäste zu verwöhnen, es ist einfach richtig schön , man fühlt sich wohl Dies fängt mit dem Empfang an der Rezeption an und zieht sich wie "ein roter Faden" durch.

Die Atmosphäre, wenn man ins Hotel reingeht, ist leicht und hell. Alles ist optisch in Schokofarben und Gold gehalten und sehr gepfegt. Mein Einzelzimmer (Kakao Kammer) war top. Blitzblank sauber und gemütlich. Die Miarbeiter waren alle total nett, hilfsbereit und motiviert. Am Abend hatten wir die Veranstaltung "Hitparade 78" mit einem 4-Gängemenü dazu gebucht. Wir haben viel gelacht und hatten Spaß. Vielen Dank an das Ensemble. Das Essen war super und das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war lecker un reichhaltig. Dass im Hotel geduzt wird, fand ich sehr sympathisch. Ich bin begeistert und ihr würdet von 10 Sterne bekommen, wenn man die vergeben dürfte.

Wie bisher immer, ein Hotel mit besonderem Flair und sehr schönem SPA. Im Hotel ist der Name Programm und alles dreht sich um das Thema Schokolade. Hier kann man sehr schnell vom Alltag abschalten und seine Ruhe finden. Es herrscht im Hotel eine angenehme Duz-Kultur.
