This is THE place to stay near the Addo Elephant park. We love the Rondavels, which makes it so special. The food is very delicious and we like the concept of service where young people are trained to become professionals. The safari day trip is well organised with an experienced guide and we got spoiled with drinks and food.

We only stayed for a night as we were visiting the elephant park and even took a guided tour with the hotels guide Philip . Fantastic trip as we saw so many wild animals . Lots of Elephants, so wonderful to see them in their own environment.

Location Was easy to locate using google or Apple Maps. Check In The checkin procedure was relatively easy with people on hand to direct you to your accommodation. Accommodation This is in the traditional african style , being well decorated and all the usual facilities provided. I love the emphasis placed on recycling and minimise natural resource usage . Our stay was very relaxing and would hope to go back for another stay sometime in the future as it was such a relaxing experience

We stayed in a standard rondawel which was just as expected, clean and comfortable. Candice met us on arrival and was so friendly and helpful, she was a true professional front of house. The restaurant food was excellent and our self drive into Addo Elephant park which is nearby was excellent A big thank you to all the wonderful staff.

We were lucky enough to spend two nights in this wonderful, special accommodation. We stayed in the Zulu house, which is a larger one, and absolutely loved it. The furnishings are very well thought out and simply unique. All the staff at the accommodation are very welcoming, over the top friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great, the safari offered there is highly recommended and the whole place is just super cute. if you would like to spend a night away from the mainstream hotels, we highly recommend Addo African homes.

We were a party of seven staying three nights. We booked the restaurant for my birthday on our first evening. A fantastic meal with menus for the children and wonderful service from the excellent staff. We used their own safari vehicle to visit Addo, our driver Phillip was excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Candice and her staff could not have done more to make our stay very special.

Very friendly staff. Very good restaurant on the premises. Confortable beds. Lightening level could be better, and the natural swimmingpool did not look not very inviting. A donkey and 2 nice cats wander around. On the whole a lovely stay.

The cabins were super cute and beautifully decorated inside. It was also really nice to see how they try to do everything as sustainably as possible. It was ideal that there was a good restaurant on site. It was nice to see boys and girls from the townships being trained there and working in the restaurant.
