We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The lodge was immaculate – every corner was spotless and beautifully maintained. The food was another highlight – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to enjoy. A perfect combination of friendliness, tranquility, cleanliness, and great dining that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The bed was very comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. We were traveling with our 6-month-old, and the cleanliness made our stay so much more comfortable. They thoughtfully arranged a baby cot (which was also very clean) and even prepared mashed vegetables. Overall, we felt truly accommodated, and our baby loved seeing the zebras! The owner and staff were exceptionally kind.

On arrival we were amazed at the beautiful design and decor of the main building as well as the presence of the zebras grazing so close to us as we got out of our car. The hosts, Didier and Florbella, were lovely and made sure we were well looked after. The resident chefs made delicious breakfasts each morning and the food in the evening was so good we ate in for the three nights we stayed there. Our “tent”, which was really a hut with canvas walls and a thatched roof, was great - very clean and well appointed; glamping rather than camping! From our balcony we were able to see 2 giraffes on the other side of the valley too. We particularly enjoyed the free-roaming zebras, and how close they came to the building, while still being essentially wild animals. Altogether, a unique experience; one not to be missed!

Wow, So enjoyed our one night stay at Zebra Lodge, an amazing experience. As we were shown into our room we were welcomed by Zebras peering into our room, great experience. Our room was beautifully appointed and have lovely views looking out to the Ocean in the distance. Bed most comfortable, linen lovely. Ample size with leisure seating, we really felt relaxed. Had supper, which was enjoyable and well prepared. Host Florbela, most hospitable. Breakfast the next morning was also very enjoyable and attending staff were very friendly and have to say well trained. All in all a most enjoyable experience and can recommend that one should visit Zebra Lodge.

Our stay at the Zebra Lodge was an exceptional experience. A beautifully located, small, and family-run lodge in the middle of a park with free-roaming zebras, perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. The zebra reception committee is unique. Our suite was very spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped. The dinner, which must be reserved in advance, was excellent and highly recommended.

Wonderful stay, zebras are all over the place, also in front of your windoe when you wake up in the morning. Florbela and Didier are wonderful hosts, the staff is great, the beds are comfy and the food is delicious. We will definitely come back again.

Went there for a small birthday breakfast. On arrival greeted by such friendly staff, warm fire going, setting of the table, absolutely a feast of most scrumptious breakfast! Can truly highly recommend this! This is not just such a beautiful view but a very special place. Thank you to the staff for this special treat.

Wow what a superb repeat stay at this wonderful property. Very relaxing, excellent views with some zebra adding to the experience. Tasty food, great wines and very attentive staff. So looking forward to staying again when we return to South Africa. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
