while our visit did not go as planned. I was beyond impressed with the Inn Owner’s pleasant demeanor. The place was spotless, the grounds were lovely, professional maintained. We will be returning in the summer. Hotel and are Owner are a class act!

My family has been to breezeway several times in the past few years. This is my third trip. As always I love the visit the grounds are kept perfectly and pristine shape. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is always crystal clear. All of the workers seem to enjoy their jobs, take pride in their work. I always come back to this resort because of the personalized service, and cleanliness. The amenities available onsite are plentiful. The breakfast service is very good, with multiple choices to choose from. The beach access is a definite bonus, with parking and beach pass, ahead use of private clean bathrooms. There is nothing bad about this resort at all.

First time staying here. The room was very clean and updated. No carpet which is great! Friendly staff! Very short drive to the beach and they have their own parking lot and private beach! We will definitely be booking for a summer stay next year!!

We stayed here for 1nt since we had a wedding to go to and it was close to the venue. We had a wonderful time inspite of the weather, which rained all weekend. The complimentary continental breakfast was ok, wish there was some hot items to choose from and more variety, but other than that it was a wonderful stay. We will definitely will go back to enjoy the property, which we didn't have an opportunity to with weather and time.

The staff at the Breezeway was great, so helpful and friendly! The rooms are very clean and welcoming. Pool was perfect temperature and also very clean. Access to the beach was very convenient. The grounds are beautiful and manicured. Breakfast was very nice. We had a wonderful stay for 4 days. Only suggestion would be to have microwave in the rooms.

Fantastic, clean, well maintained property with excellent staff. 5-7 minute walk to a beautiful private beach. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We’ve been going to the Breezeway Resort for 5 years and love it! The last 2 yrs we’ve made it a family vacation, the pool is heated and convenient for the grandkids when they need a break from the beach. The staff is friendly, rooms are very well kept, the grounds are beautifully maintained. Prices are comparable to other hotels, I suggest booking as early as possible to get the best rates, when booking online choose the weekly rate, when staying a week you also get a free night. The private parking and beach area is a great perk. No hassles ! The property also has bbq grills, you can borrow their bikes, there is an outdoor game area with shuffle board, cor hole, and a large connect 4 game. They also have books and games you can borrow. This is truly a family oriented resort.

This was our second year in a row at the Breezeway, and I can't say enough good things about it. Our room was immaculate--I don't think I've ever stayed in a cleaner motel room. Our room was attractively furnished and comfortable, and I loved the warm beachy colors on the walls. The grounds are beautifully kept, with several attractive seating areas. The pool is nicely sized and a nice alternative to the motel's great private beach just a short walk away. Breakfast was convenient, and we had another great dinner at the Hotel Maria's Seaside Cafe. The staff is friendly and happy to help with anything. The resort is a real gem in the Misquamicut area, and we will be back again for sure.

Clean and fabulous place to go with the grandchildren. The entire place from the rooms and outside area was well maintained. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Will definitely go back!! Glad we chose the Breezeway!!
