We were here from Friday to Monday and enjoyed every day. The maisonette apartment was very spacious and offered plenty of storage space. The welcome was warm, as was the service at the bar. The breakfast was very varied, with delicious, numerous types of bread. The breakfast service was also very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our entire stay first-class. Thank you very much!

The hotel consists of three buildings that are connected to each other. The spa area with swimming pool and sauna area is in the basement. This consists of an infrared, dry and steam sauna. Everything is in top condition and of sufficient size. Water, tea and fruit have also been thought of. The service is really good and we particularly liked the service manager with African roots at breakfast, very attentive and very nice. The breakfast buffet is very good for the hotel category, including freshly squeezed orange juice. The Ebbe und Food restaurant is highly recommended. Small menu and high quality, good service. Free parking is possible in the large car park at the Sylt Aquarium, right next door. We would be happy to come back.

This must have been a great hotel. The location right next to the dune is top notch and the complex is well designed. Unfortunately, neither the staff nor the condition is good. They are just cutting corners everywhere. The staff were lacking in attention and care, which led to several misunderstandings, including about a massage appointment, about the deposit, about when the apartment would be available, etc. The mattresses on our beds were completely worn out. We had severe back pain after the first night. The bath towels are just thin sandpaper, so completely unsuitable. The list goes on and on. We will never stay in this hotel again.

We booked a comfort suite with breakfast. Everything was very clean and tidy. The only thing was that the sofa in the living room was a little worn. Otherwise we were very happy with the breakfast and the lovely wellness area. We had a wonderful week and can only recommend the hotel.

Great, cozy hotel. Nicely renovated and very clean. The apartment even has two bathrooms. We had a room with a view of the dunes, very quiet. Friendly staff. Very nice sauna area. Great breakfast. Covid test station in the house... Great. Would go back anytime...
