Great trip, lovely location, would love to return

I booked this location for a real “British Experience.” Although I don’t know if it was a real experience, it was a REAL experience. From the moment the car arrived, I was impressed and in love. It is a true country estate, surrounded by green rolling hills and ancient trees. The first view down the driveway was of a stunning estate with beautifully landscaped grounds. We arrived early and they were able to register us immediately. The only downside was the number of stairs to get to the room, but this was minimal. The interior was breathtaking, the outside was awe inspiring. We had originally planned on taking a day to go to London, but quickly decided to stay and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the estate. The food was wonderful but the breakfast hours were not as noted. On Saturday, we arrived at 10:30 for breakfast and the buffet was nearly empty, however the staff were kind enough to bring us the few things we needed. The staff were wonderful and added to the exceptional experience of our stay. I will definitely revisit this location in the future. It was a lovely experience.

Nice staff food is not the best for the money they charge and breakfast was cold

Beautiful old manor house with adjoining buildings for bedrooms. Very comfortable bedrooms and excellent breakfast. Friendly , helpful staff. Beautiful grounds to walk around and very good gym and pool. Excellent value for the quality on offer

We booked this hotel so we could use the steam room and hot tub however both were out of order for 3 days which was the duration of our stay. The food in the hotel - the service was appauling I waited 1.5 hours for a vegan beef wellington to then be brought a caulifour risotto which I didnt order and was given the excuse that the chef didnt have enough time / it would take too long to make a vegan wellingotn- even though it was a sunday roast meal and they knew I didnt eat meat 4 hours before the meal and I was told originally I would have to wait 10 minutes for my wellington after queing up at the cavery- so all I had to eat were sides. The room was great- and hotel immaculate

Wotton House is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Viola room was comfortable with nice extra touches. The restaurant was pretty and the food was good. The pool is a bonus!

It' s my second time here. The Hotel itself is amazing, lovely location and good spa facilities.. In both occasions though they had a Wedding and the customer service was very disappointing.. such a long queue at check in...at check out...and also to get a drink or a coffee, thank God we didn't have any food!!! One poor bartender alone at the bar (on Saturday night) and the bar was packed... They told us that they are short-staffed but they should manage it in a better way! Such a pity! :/

Beautiful hotel and grounds, but room is small, no tea cattle in the room. Barman was terrible at his job. I would not be back.

The size of the room is moderate, the location is good, the public space is also kept very clean, the attitude of the service staff is very good, the taste of the dinner is also very good, I recommend it to everyone
