I loved the breakfast, the outside courtyard that our room has a door directly to. The restaurant was pretty good as well. It was extremely close to a walmart Supercenter, as well as surrounding stores and conveniences near Walmart. I DID NOT LIKE, one particular employee from the front desk. He worked at night, and his name was Danté. He didn’t ever seem to be in the mood to help us out if we had questions. We asked him for the WiFi password and he said something about it being my number and last name, but then followed those statements up with a dismissive “I don’t Know, really”. He wasn’t blatantly rude or snarky. However , here’s the hook, was that we had extended our stay, and the app we used to book, said they were sold out of king rooms. We went and asked Dante if he could possibly let us stay in the king we already were in. “Unfortunately I’m sold out of king rooms, so if you want to stay you’d have to make another booking and move into a different room”, he says to me. Nothing bad right? Here’s the kicker, after being up well into the early hours of morning with no sleep, there was a shift change. Different person. So I walk my way up to this other guy.
