The clerk at front desk is cold and unfriendly, service is poor. The room has a terrible musty smell, carpet has dirty stain. Laundry close at 9pm which won't give enough time to use. Breakfast is too cheap and insufficient, doesn't match the cost at all. Won't stay again.

The room is relatively large and well-equipped. It is close to the west gate exit. Opposite the hotel is the only Chinese restaurant in West Yellowstone, which provides free hot water, coffee, ice cream and other drinks.

Disadvantages:
1. Very few breakfast varieties
2. The elevator creaks horribly, often has bugs or does not work
