The customer is not welcomed. Went to front desk and asked why we didn’t get Wi-Fi. The person said it must be because the room is too far away. 127#. I asked if some one could help, he said “don’t know what to tell you.” Then the next morning I stepped into the shower and they must of used straight soap because I fell and got hurt. The shower curtain came down with me. I told the maid about it and she said “all right.” Not are you ok and no concern for me. I felt that the customer service was very poor. Will never stay again. I bring my son every year for his birthday, no more to your hotels.

We liked that it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were NOT comfortable. There's no coffee.

Booked a non-smoking room at the hotel and after the booking went through it was immediately changed to a smoking room. I caught it and called the hotel and was told that was all they had and there was nothing they could do. After me suggesting they switch me to their sister hotel down the street they did. When we arrived to check in I asked them specifically to ensure we were not in a smoking room. Just for asthma sake. The hotel proceeded to put us in a room right next to the ****** floor where all the smoke was coming from. I asked the desk to change and was told no. No issues with smokers just my asthma acts up at times. Was never rude and neither was their staff but they could try and accommodate better.

The room was nice and property was good. Restaurant was over priced at $30 per plate. The only thing to do in this town is gamble. There is nothing else there but *******, a truck stop, fast food, and a grocery store. The room does not have a fridge or microwave so dont plan on cooking anything....

Rooms were clean, easy check in. Could have passed on watching the one check in agent flip off the other one working. And I was charged twice for my stay.
