Average aged motel experience. Guest noise and shared odours dislikes. Good location and quiet neighbourhood opposite the golf course- bistro and friendly bar highly recommended at that venue.

Family room was big and comfortable for a family of 5 with three teenage boys. The motel is in walking distance of a number of fast food outlets and restaurants. The Tamworth Golf course is right next door with the View restaurant a highlight.

My go to place in Tamworth
My go to place in Tamworth. Stayed here for many years. Golf club for dinner up the road although the menu has changed quite a bit but many options for dinner not far from here.
New couple who have taken over easy to deal with.

Pool and barbecue area dirty. Mattress very hard. Charged $5 for mini bar (water) when we didn't drink it . Complaint ignored. Very noisy. Wouldn't stay there again.

Maybe time for a refresh?
The facilities were worn and tired & didnt feel as clean as we would like. The location was noisy and there must be nearby cattleyards. The sheets and towels were clean.
