Had a very comfortable stay for 2 days at mount magnolia. The location was easily accessible, and the room was spacious, clean & hygienic. The food quality was also really good and the restaurant area had a great view. Their staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel property is at good location. The hotel is understaffed even in peak season. The reception may pick your phone or sometime may not. The hotel has two building with no lift. Our building had 6 floors. The in house restaurant was in another building's ground floor so you have to use stairs to go the restaurant or call room service for serve food at room only. Quality of food is good but again food service is slow. Rooms are equipped with new furniture and has everything required but absence of lift make it really tiring

Last week i had the opportunity to spend a weekend at the rufina palm bliss hotel, lo-acted at the start of lower pelling. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. Thar room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and linens. Basic amenities were provided. The room was supposed to have mountain view, but it was street facing. You have to walk upto the window and look to the right corner to get the view, however the view was stunning. Although the hotel is new there was some signs of low maintenance, which was negligible. The staff was pleasant and courteous. But the service provided was not pro active. We weren't provided any room service, we got the basic amenities and toiletries replaced only on request. When we returned from the day trip, we were denied room service saying the staff was unavailable. We have had breakfast at the hotel. There was very less options but quality and taste was exceptional. At the end of the day i would recommend this hotel to friends and family only if they improve service provided and keep the hotel maintained as it is now.
